Profile Data includes bookings made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and questionnaire responses, and any data captured and provided by you.
Usage Data includes information about how you use our website and services and cookies collected during visits to our website.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and any third parties and your communication preferences.
Your Child’s Data (as provided by you) includes name, age, height, clothing sizes, photographs of the child (where consent is provided), details of physical appearance including hair colour, eye colour, and skin tone where a photograph is not provided.
How is your personal data collected?

Direct interactions: You may give us your Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data or your Your Child’s Data by filling in forms or corresponding with us via email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you purchase our services, request marketing to be sent to you, complete a questionnaire, give us feedback or contact us.
Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. Contact Data, Financial Data and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as Stripe based inside and outside the UK.

Disclosures of your personal data
We may disclose your personal data to third parties which are necessary:

Keeping your personal data
We will keep personal data in accordance with the following:
● Photographs of children (where provided) shall be deleted after 6 months from the completion of the services to avoid requiring re-submission for subsequent bookings within this time frame.
● All other personal data shall be deleted after 6 months from the completion of the services, except where longer retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
● Financial and payment related information may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.
Public sharing of images
We may share before and after photographs publicly for marketing and promotional purposes, but only ever with your explicit prior written consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
You have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. These rights include:
